I hired Heather from Room By Room to design and renovate my main bathroom. She is a creative and passionate interior designer who is extremely attentive to details. Heather helped me from choosing the tub, vanity, light, tiles and all the fixture down to the perfect paint colour. My experience from beginning to end was meticulously organized, efficient and professional. Heather works very closely with her contractors which meant there were absolutely no surprises. There was clear and timely communication at each step and all of my high expectations were met. I loved the detailed planning & design stage and kudos to the contractors who arrived on time, were highly productive and tidy. The finished bathroom looks AMAZING. Heather prioritized exceptional customer care and I was so thrilled with the outcome that I am deciding on when I can start my second project which will be the kitchen. It was an amazing experience to work with Jason and his team. It was a full bathroom gut job with a new tub, vanity, toilet, new fixtures and all new tiles. I couldnt be happier with my new bathroom. Jason and his team did amazing work, were thorough, accommodating and very professional. The job was completed on time with great communication and the team always made sure I had no concerns. Everyone involved was polite, pleasant and patiently indulged all my questions. My experience from start to finish was seamless. Thirty years ago we had to,storm doors installed in our home. It was time to replace them. We kept our bill and found out the company was still in business. We were delighted and immediately phoned. We were greeted by the best receptionist there could be "Maggie". I believe a company begins with that first phone call. You would think Maggie had a piece of the business but ishe does not. The product speaks for itself being the best in the market and are installed by Edgar whose work is perfection. The whole company from start to finish is excellent. You will not be disappointed.
