Our furnace was not sounding the greatest wasn't sure if it was time to replace. Had a terrible experience with another company years ago that had us on a contracted maintenance schedule, what a nightmare. Found Air Serv Caledon online never heard of them. Before I left for work (600am) I booked appointment, they called me by 900am this is mid January. Had a tech at my door at 500pm. After listening to it a few moments he explained it was a condensation build up so he drained the line of water, he tested other parts for gas and Co2 leaks checked electrical, furnace was good to go. Friendly and courteous (Andrew) 5 STAR !!!! I would highly recommend them. When its honest great service I take note.
