I found Andy on line and after some background checking, decided to hire Andy to conduct our 30 Day Tarion warranty check. I am truly happy that we did, the things that Andy noted more than paid for the inspection cost. The inspection was very through, well noted in the final report with pictures and he actually went into the attic to do a proper inspection. Most inspectors will not do more than just look through the attic hatch to check things out. Just the fact the builder's contractor failed to insulate the attic to code was worth the price of admission. Andy is a very personable, down to earth guy and his ability to follow up at some point after an inspection is something many don't do without charging further fees. Andy takes an interest to ensure the resolution is proper and to code. I would highly recommend and use Safe Homes Canada again should the need arise.
