Besides being a brilliant idea (restretching carpets instead of replacing them), Tim's service was excellent. Prompt return of my call, actual cost was in line with the original quote, he showed up in time and was super efficient in getting the job done. Highly recommend this service!

We appreciate the feedback. We try to treat every client the way we could like to be treated, it's not exactly a new idea. Haha Getting your carpets re-stretched instead of replacing is usually the best idea. We don't like surprises either so we try to be as fair and transparent with out pricing as possible.
