my phone call for service to my defective vacu-maid home central vacuum system was very,very quick indeed.On arrival at my house my problem was quickly diagnosed,and resolved in about 2 hours.The result included a Brand new Electrolux Central Vacuum. Works beautifully.Excellent customer service.
