Roy Gibson did a excellent job on fixing my basement drainage problem. He used the camera to find the water overflow problem and used the snake to clean up the grease in the drain. Also, he identified the root cause of it and suggested us how to prevent the problem. I appreciated his professionalism and definitely I will recommend him to my friends.
