I have to say I can't agree with the homeowners below and their reviews of Zancor. I feel like I bought from a completely different builder than what they describe. I love my townhouse and my neighbors have told me they are happy too. Zancor staff has always been very pleasant to deal with and their servicemen are professional and go above and beyond. I'm very satisfied with thee quality of work and would buy another Zancor home in the future.
