Had a new furnace scoped and installed ~6 years ago. The quality of service from sales quoting right to install was quite frankly among the best service I have ever received for any home repair contractor. I found them on HomeStars due to their high rating, and quite frankly, HomeStars gained major credibility for me because the rating was spot on. Our two-stage furnace, filter unit and humidifier were installed with great care and precision, we had no issues with them for the 5 years we lived in that house. I'm in a new house and continue to use Distinct and will most certainly have them install our new furnace when the time comes. This is a company that operates on a culture of excellence and high quality service, it is evident in every interaction I have had with them over the years.
