Brendon and company are real professionals. We went through a few moves in the past and RoadRunners were the best by far. Moving into our condo was a nightmare but with RoadRunners when we moved out it was so efficient despite the challenges of using a storage elevator at the other end of the building! Thanks Brendon!

We interviewed a number of architects and designer for our custom home in Oakville. We're glad we went with Memar and specifically Khalid, their lead designer. Khalid's experience and knowledge was also demonstrated when designing the home - we literally started with ideas on a napkin and Khalid converted that to our final plans and added his insight along the way making excellent recommendations. This price was also very competitive. Sean, the owner, has a great company and people like Khalid are really committed to their clients. Khalid was quick to respond and on several occasions he went above and beyond to make sure changes we had were incorporated and issues expedited with the city. Some constructive feedback - Memar recently expanded into Oakville, we had some ups and down with the submission process with the town but that is partly because the bylaws also changed this year. Khalid was patient and helped us navigate the intricacies of dealing with the city. Any future projects this team does in oakville won't have any problems I'm sure. We're in the construction phase and looking forward to our new home thanks in big part to Memar and Khalid!

Dwight did an excellent job, he's a true craftsman that knows what he's doing. Great picket designs and fair price. I didn't give a full 10 since a few times he was not easy to reach and arrived late one day, but end product looks great.

Great service. Nick is extremely professional and knows what he's doing. He connected appliances (fridge, gas stove and dishwasher) and installed them properly (ie fixed dishwasher to counter and leveled). Would hire again.

We purchased a resale home and hired Andrew from Hitech Home Inspection. Andrew performed a complete home inspection and was very thorough, even the selling agent was impressed with his knowledge of building code. He used digital equipment to check for humidity and heat flow in the home. Andrew also provided a 30 page report online complete with any defects/building code infractions with photos and images of how the problem should be corrected. Highly recommended!!!
