First time with Metro...very disappointed. I refered my elderly father to try Metro for this year's snow removal. I have had to call them twice to come and clear their driveway, Christmas Eve my husband had to go and clear their laneway . just the other day they damaged the lawn light post which the fuse is hooked up to 4 different rooms in the house not to mention that my father cannot take his car out of the garage because of the damage Called them this morning to put a rush on it still waiting for someone to call them or better yet to go fix the problem. This company has caused so much havoc on a elderly couple this winter...it's awful. Will definitely not recommend this company to anyone.

1st the driveway:
We cleared your father driveway Christmas eve and returned after to clear the city plow dumps.
2nd the 'damaged lamp':
We received your call only yesterday about the lamp in the driveway. I had a Manager visit- yesterday!
Yes, the snow hit the lamp...he fixed the old loose wiring (which was wrapped in old cellophane tap-not up top code!).....the lightbulb worked so the damage was very little.
3rd Your complaints:
You live in Spencerville and rely on your parents 'reports' of being done and when.....you aren't here...we are, we use GPS and we can confirm when they are done.
Please explain how ' a burnt out lawn light' traps your father in his garage?
Truly sorry you had these issue but we responded quickly to your complaints
Your elderly father asked to cancel his contract and we respectfully have done so.
