My Maytag dryer stopped working so I found Apollo online. Someone arrived the next day (but only when it was perfectly convenient for him)He came in, incorrectly diagnosed the problem, told me to fix it myself and tried to charge me $85 after being in my house for 3 minutes. Like a fool I gave him $60 and immediately regretted it. I was completely deceived by this company, I have since had the same appliance fixed by another (actual) repair man and paid an additional $240. But they earned the money because they ACTUALLY FIXED IT. Do not use Apollo.

After being totally deceived by another local company, I called Platinum to try again. They were amazing. Our repair man Ed came over, CORRECTLY diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, came back in a few days and completely fixed my dryer. It is as good as the day it was purchased. Thankfully they were honest and professional. They have restored my faith in local appliance repair. Don't hesitate to call them.
