Tony and his team did a good job of renovating our 3 Bed 2 Bath upper floor rental unit. They installed new kitchen cabinets, 2 complete new bathrooms, painted throughout and also fixed a couple of unforeseen rot issues. His team were very friendly and easy to get on with so and Tony provided a very detailed estimate which helped track costs. Generally communication went very well but there were a couple of miscommunications which resulted in Tony having to redo some work at his own cost. The property definitely looks 100% better than when started but we were left with some paint touch ups and more cleanup than we expected.
