Franco Maoloni was our sales rep and he was terrific. He was patient with all our questions - we had many as we had multiple quotes for our roof. What really was tipping point was that Franco is a licensed home inspector. He guided us thru the process - noted a few things not mentioned by other contractors ( e.g. we did not have any roof vents on one side of our 2-story home). Ron Brown and his crew showed up to do the roof ( highly recommend him). Worker were courteous and respectful of our home and garden. We came out to see our driveway and new patio covered by 4x8 lumber for protection. Each day the crew cleaned up the site and we have not had so much as a scrap of paper to remove. We very extremely pleased with the process from start to finish.

Purchased 24 inch stove and small fridge for townhouse kitchen. Sales satay ( Nick) in Hamilton was spectacular in terms of customer service and I would highly recommend this store. Paid extra for premium delivery and set up - rather a dump and run so a bit disappointing ( customer is 90 yrs old) . Left a dirty snowy mess in hall and kitchen. Fan damaged in transport requiring immediate repair ( done next day!).
