Very happy with the finished product. We had just finished a 7 month gut renovation with the house, so we were at our limit of having contractors/tradesmen in and out of the house. Michael made the process so easy and painless. The array of choices, quality of the product, his response time, customer service, pricing, and the execution of the installation were all amazing. We had Charles as our installer, and he was fast, efficient, friendly and clean. You can't ask for anything more. Would definitely recommend Michael and his crew!

Ron and his team built 230+ feet of fence with gates at our new house. He was very responsive from the time we contacted him; he came to measure and we had our quote within a day. His price was very competitive compared to the other 3 quotes we received. We couldn't be happier with the quality of our fence. They used 6"x6" posts and had to work around a huge maple tree. The hardware he used for the gates looks great and is very high quality. We would recommend Crossgate to anyone building a new fence. Thanks again Ron!

I recently hired Benini for our move from a condo to our new house. This was the 3rd time I've used them and once again I'll give Angelo and his guys an A+. We called Templar to test several materials for asbestos in our 1960s home before renovating. Robert came the next day and took several samples of flooring, walls and textured ceilings. We received the lab results quickly (3 days later) which showed a small % of asbestos in the original kitchen tile which was covered over by 1980s vintage linoleum. They came right away to work up and estimate and scheduled the flooring removal for the same week. David and his team did the removals quickly and we received the air test results from the lab within 3 days. We'd recommend Templar to anyone who thinks they may have asbestos in their home.
