Returns are not being credited to my charge card even though it's been three weeks. I cancelled an order that was supposed to be next day delivery. Four days later I cancelled. Two days after that they shipped the parcel even though it was cancelled. Cannot get any satisfaction from customer service. If no credits appear within the next week I will be contacting no credit card and issuing charge disputes. Customer since 1986 and will no longer deal with Sears Canada inc.
