new condominium in Richmond Hill
I was impress with the on-time completion of my new condominium. When I went in with my family to do the inspection, the project manager/whoever was showing me my unit was acting really unprofessionally (ONE example: chewing gum while telling me the "stupid" questions that were asked by other owners) Poor craftmanship could be found throughout the unit. I understand that I would need to fill out a form for repair... I was fine with that... but one thing that made me really furious was that I found bigger & more serious damage after small repairs got done!!! Someone dented my wood floor!!!! I filled out another repair form since last year in September and now we are in February and still nothing got done!!
