Alma responded quickly to my inquiry, and she and Ilir came out soon after to assess the site in order to provide a quote. They discussed options to use supplies (patio slabs) I had on hand already for underneath the shed, which was cost effective and also very solid and practical. Once they came out, they did an excellent job with the removing the old broken down shed base and installing the new shed pad, working well together. They consulted me when they had questions, to ensure we were all on the same page. It was such a great experience, I called them back to do the patio next to the shed soon after, again using many slabs I already had on hand. The offered some very good suggestions, and even drew my attention to a few areas that may not work the way I thought. They brought the proper additional materials and left a very tidy space afterward. Would recommend them for their responsiveness, professionalism and great results. The option I used providing some of my own materials and getting rid of waste ourselves was also very cost friendly on a limited budget. Thank you so much Alma and Ilir!! Challenging kitchen design due to multiple windows and doorways. Louie and team created a beautiful “outside the box” design that created a perfect work triangle around these obstacles. Fabulous to work with, great ideas and suggestions down to the smallest of details. Exceptional quality of cabinets, installation and follow ups. Timely response to all questions from both us as well as our general contractor. We would highly recommend Bax all around. We absolutely love our new space. Thank you Louie and the whole Bax team!! Nick was extremely prompt in replying to my initial inquiry and asked very thorough and appropriate questions in order to be fully prepared for the installation apppintment. He communicated prior to his arrival and was very professional throughout, squeezing us in at his busiest time of year! He explained the complications he found and some other suggestions that would be more suitable to the functionality of the appliances in our kitchen. we were very confident in his ability to work with the gas and water lines. He also kept a very tidy workspace and cleaned up after he and his crew member. Nick even followed up after to ensure the appliances were working correctly and to see if we had any concerns.
