Neil was extremely professional from our first phone conversation to our on-site meeting. I especially liked how his quotation came with copies of his certification, liability insurance WSIB and testimonials. Even though we ultimately decided to undertake the project ourselves, we will definitely consider Carter Painting for our next project and will recommend Neil to friends and family.
