Our oven stopped working after we used the self cleaning feature . We unfortunately did not use Home Stars and sourced a competitor who wanted $ 1300 for a full repair which we decided not to proceed with but got stuck with a $320 service call . We then called SUPER Mike who made the repair for under $ 300 . Mike was honest , punctual , experienced and competent . Please call him FIRST !
