Never write reviews but I have to do it now. Avoid at all cost. Placed order over the phone for dishwasher ( only smooth part of the process including wait time less than 5 min) . Advised money will be taken from my credit card once when order ships and an email with tracking # will be send, and second email will be send from Limerdige store once order is ready for pick up. Money was promptly withdrawn from my credit card 4 days later. Email with tracking # newer received. Called customer service first time 5 days after money withdrawal ( wait time approx 30. min. ) was told ' your order is shipped to the store and they will let you know when ready" . No one called from the store. Called second and time 3 days later and told your order will arrive in 2 days. called store receiving told , there was nothing for me. 4 days later called again told " we do not have tracking number for your order but it is shipped and it is probably siting somewhere in the store. Called Limeridge store , they searched whole receiving area , including a truck which just arrived ( Thank you ) and they never received anything for me. Called back again and told by arrogant lady." we do not know where it is, and I just cancelled your order ( without asking me) and you will receive your money back in 7 - 10 business days. Offered to reorder same dishwasher for me , but because it is not on sale any more I have to pay new price and she will send a request for refund after they charge my credit card again. I will no t step my foot in Sears ever again. 3 weeks of on nonsense and hours of wait time on the phone .worst customer service I ever experienced. As I said avoid at all cost, lots of other choices out there.
