Delivery from Montreal to Calgary was 3 weeks late. They lost one box and broke a Le Creuset cast-iron pot ($250). I didn't even know it was possible to break a cast-iron pot! The Sales Manager, Brad A (notice how he omits including his last name in his email signature) was always "on a call" or "out of the office" whenever I would ask to speak to him regarding my issues. I feel bad for the young girl who answers the phone and has to deal with his cowardness.
