Purchased appliances and arranged for delivery and installation. The salesperson recommended a less expensive independent installer for the dishwasher; and Sears did the washer/dryer installation. All delivery, installation and removal was excellent - on time and efficient. Sears delivery notification is great: 2 days before delivery they confirm the delivery date; the day before delivery they give you a 2 hour window, which they stayed within.

Our gas furnace seemed to be working but just wasn't putting out enough heat to keep up with the -30C cold snap we were experiencing. We endured a couple of evenings at 15C, but it felt colder. Reliance came in on 24 hours notice, and had the furnace cranking out heat in no time. Under our furnace maintenance plan, there was no extra charge. A less reputable company might have convinced us that we needed a new furnace. Great value and great service!
