System was installed in Apr 2016. With the first cold snap in Dec 2016, the house was uncomfortably cold. I put in a service call and Aziz Koya arrived - quickly determined the boiler temperature was set too low by the installers, raised it 10 degrees. This would normally have been a billable service call, but Aziz did the the right thing and waived that as it was a new installation on warranty.
