Jeff responded promptly had helped us address an issue with our toilet. He explained the issue/options and answered my questions. He did a great job addressing the issues. Did a great job, would highly recommend.

We had to remove glass from our shower to allow for plumbing work in our bathroom. Mario was prompt responding to my questions, gave thorough advice and did a careful job removing the glass and placing it where it could be safely stored. He did a great job re-installing the glass, looks better than before.
