Please stay as far away from this company as possible, Alarms go off in the middle of the night without being set Have to replace batteries in the thermostat every couple of days, Have been told a tech will call in 24-48 hours for 3 straight weeks. PLEASE USE ANOTHER COMPANY!!!!!!! And yes customer response I have tried to contact support about the issue!!!
