We used Budget & Save Painters on our first home and we were extremely pleased with the overall service of work. We just purchased a new home in the Mount Pleasant area that required interior painting along with an exterior refresh. I call Budget & Save Painters early Saturday morning and the company responded to us within minutes and gave us a very reasonable estimate the same day. Tabatha was our previous color co-coordinator who we just adore. She scheduled an in-home visit that afternoon. She was able to put together a color palette for us, and provided Benjamin Moore samples to apply on areas of our walls first before making our final decision. Budget & Save Painters began restorative work and painting the following week. The operator, Kerry, was, as usual, very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained the restoration and painting process to us and was very considerate to minimize the disruption in our household while the work was being done. He outlined a schedule for the team to come in and start with the painting on the top floor. We really appreciated Kerry and Tabatha’s outstanding, professionalism and fast work. Budget & Save Painters are about super customer service! They are about service first over making a quick buck. Quick service, Super friendly, and they definitely know their stuff! Outstanding quality of work and professional customer service. Budget & Save Painters took care of us right away. The designer team took my phone calls on a Sunday, and they didn't even complain once that it was prior to the weekend opening business hours. My husband and I have been so impressed with the entire process and our experience is nothing short of spectacular. We will continue to refer this company to all of our family members!
