Had Benjamen Refinishing spray paint two small vanities and two small Mirrors. First time I went to pick them up, they were bad, inside not painted runs etc. Said he would fix the issues and call me when they were perfect. Had a delivery company pick them up when he said the issues had been fixed. When I received them was very disappointed, the hinges hadn't been masked properly and are half painted. The surface has small bubbles and runs around the doors. The mirrors are two piece and its just two small fasteners to separate the pieces. They sprayed them still fastened together and its very rough with gaps at the join. Used this company because Sarah Richardson does and thought quality would be good. After spending 1500. dollars for substandard work and 250. dollars for pick up and delivery decided to just have someone else fix them. The shop has many photos of his celebrity clients but don't expect the same quality if your not a celebrity.

Hired this company to paint, install new waterline tile and install a flagstone surround for my concrete pool. They also installed new pool equipment. Hard to know where to begin. We were away when the project began but left the car key with my niece so they could move the car. They didn'tbother to move it and when we came home found the car had been scratched from front to back along one side. They removed a fireplce vent and broke it and there was garbage every where. Called Allon after much talk he had the car fixed. I installed a new vent myself as it was a health hazard. The paint came off the pool in large swatches, the tile began crumbling and the mortar joints in the flagstone surround began to break and crumble within weeks. Allon said the paint was defective , so he repainted, I made a point of being there and when I saw his crew trying to start repainting without acid washing. I called but no one ever returned my call ( they had been paid in full at this point ) predictably the new paint came off and no one ever returned my calls. The tile installed was not meant for pools. The flagstone joints crumbled because the concrete base they installed failed because it was done incorrectly. The electic was run only four inches below ground and not in conduit as required. I have had to redo everything at great cost. Complete disaster.
