Many companies don't clean high velocity systems. They had no issues. Did a professional job and were polite and explained the services. Only thing they didn't do was send a confirmation email for the appt. for this reason a 9.

Thank you Jay for the feedback. We are glad you liked our work. We apologize for not sending the confirmation email. We have three tier confirmation system, first by email, second a reminder call one day before and third a call half an hour before coming for job. We checked our system and your email was missed by mistake. We will surely take care of this issue in future.
