Got several flowers and trees from this location. Service was excellent. One of the ladies who works there explained to me the difference between certain flowers and how to care for them. She also gave me tips on making sure the perennials survive the winter. Garden turned out lovely and the flowers survived the winter.
We got several light fixtures from this store. The show room is a good size with nice displays. Staff were friendly although I wish they gave us more tips on how much power each fixture would drain. When it came to purchase, the staff were friendly and gave us a nice price. The lights turned out nice.
Our furnace broke on a cold winter Sunday. Josh, the technician, arrived soon after I called and was very friendly and knowledgeable; he even tried to turn on our gas fireplace (unfortunately that was also broken). Even though it was a Sunday, Josh made arrangements to have the warehouse opened to get us the replacement parts. Service was excellent, price was a bit high, but that may be expected, given it was a Sunday.

We used this company for two separate home inspections (each costing over $300). Brent, the inspector, is very knowledgeable and friendly. He explains what he is doing along the way and what he is fining. He also gives concrete suggestions on making improvements (without trying to sell you on anything). He is very thorough; even went up the roof during winter. Overall, we had a good experience.

Brent inspected the home we wanted to buy. We got his contact from our friend, who was pleased with the service she received. Brent did a great job; even going up the snowy roof. He inspected and explained everything in detail, and since this will be our first house, he explained how to maintain it. He answered all our questions. Our real estate agent commented that Brent went above and beyond other inspectors. Brent was friendly, knowledgeable, detail-oriented and we definitely recommend him.
