Professional, knowledgeable, thorough, friendly
I was very pleased with the service I received from Mike. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. My home is very old (126 years), and he provided an extensive, detailed report of all of the potential problems and recommendations for repair. It was a LONG document. He talked at length with my in-laws who were present at the inspection and also answered my huge list of questions.
