I was faced with clearing out my mothers house, which was old, and in serious need of work. As I really did not know where to start I sought advice and was referred to Phil at HSA by a knowledgeable friend. Phil was very good to deal with, and his office was very responsive. I find it convenient that I can do much of my business with his office using email. HSA has a wide variety of subcontractors available, and Phil kept it all coordinated. We were very satisfied with the results, and had no problem selling the house afterwords. We then hired Phil for our own kitchen renovation, and am continuing to work with him on our own house.
