We purchased all of our appliances for our new home from bad boy, the appliances were delivered but not installed right away. When we went to install the microwave it was missing an internal piece that allows you to fasten the microwave to the cabinet, when we called bad boy their customer service department were very rude and just forwarded the call to Electrolux without even telling me. Electrolux then said they would send out the part and we would have to take apart the microwave to install it ourselves. This is unacceptable! The microwave was never used or installed and we have to take it apart and reassemble it! We purchased over 5k worth of appliances and this is the service we get! I will make sure that everyone I know will never purchase from bad boy again. Any other store would have replaced the unit as bad out of box.
