Do not hesitate to hire Tim, prompt response to original inquiry, showed up right on time and did a fantastic job. He had both the tools and knowledge to get the job done right, moved all furniture and even vacuumed when finished. It seems very difficult to find anyone that takes pride in doing a good job these days, Tim does!
