An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Hello Kay Your company was introduced to me recently by a Royal LePage colleague who advised me of their recent successful experience with Mold.ca. At that time my client was selling her home when extensive attic mold was discovered. We needed the help and expertise of a professional, reliable and responsive mold remediation supplier if we were to achieve my seller's goals. Our experience with your firm was excellent start to finish! From first contact your team was responsive in accommodating our schedule beginning with next day site evaluation and estimate, performing all work as and when scheduled and thorough clean-up of the site before departing. Personnel were considerate and professional taking the time to explain what was being done and reporting progress in a timely fashion. Bottom-line, the work was well done, on budget and with-in the agreed time frame. I will not hesitate to call your firm first the next time a client has a mold issue and to recommend your service. Congratulations for a job well done. Jack Scott - Royal LePage
