We were provided with all the information needed to prepare for the visit as well as what we would need to do for follow up. A technician named Mike came out to do the work and spent a considerable amount of time doing the treatment as well as answering the many questions that Juliet asked. He was very courteous and professional. After researching other companies and getting other quotes, I found the cost to be very reasonable. The three month warranty is very comforting to me, since I'm not on site to deal directly with any problems that might come up.
