We've used this company for several years for gardening and snow removal. Their gardening services are adequate, but their snow removal is truly dreadful. Their contract is such that at least 4 centimetres of snow must fall, all at once, or they won't come. There could be 3 centimetres a day for a month, and they would never lift a finger. When the snowfall does fit their narrow criteria, they are slow to arrive and do about half the job. They have also damaged property and refused to fix it properly. And any extra service, such as salting, is ridiculously expensive. If you complain, they do a worse job next time, assuming they snow up at all. This year, family members have shovelled more of the snow than Sullivans have, even though Sullivans are receiving a substantial sum of money every month to do the work.
