S. O. S. responded to our inquiry right away. They provided the most competitive quote (no gimmicks) and were able to set up an appointment within 2 days of the call. Sherwin came on time and was very good about explaining exactly what he was going to do (he even invited me up on the roof to see) and why. He offered an additional service to protect our house from future damage but was not pushy at all - simply gave us the choice to add it on. When it came time to remove the door he was prompt and efficient. He also patched a part of our roof at no extra charge. I hope I never have to call Sherwin again but if we do have some unwanted guests I know that he is the guy to deal with it.
