Michael in Thornhill

I re-signed with Jack \(Falconstone Landsacping and Construction) for two homes this season. Last year's service was bad, but his price and my lack of desire in finding someone else at the time led me to book him again this year. He's disappeared in January. Since then, my elderly father has slipped and badly hurt his back. We're waiting on tests to come back to determine the extent of the damage. I've filed a complaint with the BBB (he's not a member), and will be following up with the police shortly.
