In this day and age customer service seems to have gone by the way-side but Steve from Bark Tree not only answered my questions but was able to give me a quote by using the internet to view the tree on our front lawn. I had additional work to discuss and he actually called when he said he would and was not only a pleasure to talk to be really knowledgeable about bi-laws. While onsite he had to deal with our neighbor who can be difficult but he handled him like a pro.
