For any major project I undertake I do extensive research to ensure I'm getting the best product at the best price, by a qualified company. I had 5 quotes in total for this project, which included the "top rated" Homestars companies and award winners. My last quote was from Brian at Stouffville Home & Comfort and although each person I met with was good, Brian was by far the best.
Estimate:
Brian is not a pushy salesman. He doesn't bad mouth other companies in his trade, he just provides his recommendation for your house, for what you need. He didn't oversell at all. He did a very, very thorough inspection of my house before providing a quote. He was very knowledgable on all aspects of the job. His price wasn't the most expensive and it wasn't the cheapest, but it was very competitive. I have no complaints and feel I got a good deal overall.
Installation:
Brian was extremely flexible in setting up an installation date and arrived exactly on time. Installation was flawless and his entire crew was very professional and thorough. They didn't cut any corners. They finished a day earlier than planned, as the job wasn't as complex as they had anticipated. The team cleaned up everything once they were done. Once completed, Brian walked me through all aspects of the job and provided very clear instruction on how to maintain each piece of equipment.
Overall:
You would be foolish not to get Stouffville Home & Comfort to quote for your job. Excellent service at an affordable rate. Brian cares about his work and what he does. A rare attribute these days.
