We lost our flat roof in the recent windstorm and were concerned over potential water damage and finding someone to repair our roof. Fortunately, we were able to contact Phil at Avenue Road Roofing. He came out to our house at 10pm the night of the storm, assessed the damage, and provided a proposed solution. He even came back and worked until 1am to tarp our roof to protect from pending rainstorms, a real life saver. Two rainstorms and not a drop in the house. Less than a week later we received a call from Jason to let us know a crew would be out the following day to install a new flat roof. The crew was on time first thing in the morning and got to work. Jason, Darwin, Cesar, and Phil worked all day to complete all but the final layer which was not necessary at the time as the roof was waterproof. The whole crew was extremely polite, courteous, and cleaned up around the house as if they had never been there. The crew was back today to complete the final layer. Jason and Cesar were back. Unfortunately I did not catch the name of the young man with them. Once again, they were polite and went straight to work, finishing up, cleaning up, and gone without us even noticing. We could not be happier with the level of professionalism and work from Phil’s above-and-beyond assistance with the initial work and the work by the entire crew. Although I hope we will not need them again any time soon, we would not hesitate in the least to use Avenue Road Roofing again.
