From quote to follow up, Dave Marcotte was a pleasure to deal with. He was quick to put together a quote, mindful of our specific requests and needs, and quick to respond to any queries throughout. His employees were just as professional, keeping a clean work site, and nice to interact with. After the job was done, a few cracks appeared in the surface layer of parging (done right before a heat spell), and DMF came back and fixed it, no problems - and followed up again later in the summer to ensure all was well. We're thrilled we went with the above ground insulation - it looks great and our basement is noticeably warmer in this super chilly weather. We've had lots of compliments from neighbours, and recommend DMF without hesitation.
