The water pump on our furnace was leaking. John quickly assessed the problem and suggested that the unit needed to be replaced. He happened to have the part on hand; the job was completed within the hour. as usual, we were very satisfied with the service call. We have been dealing with Mersey for over 30 years and are always happy with their work.
