We first dealt with Gem Windows and Doors ten years ago. The Customer Service and professionalism extended then was Perfect and we knew at that point that we would always deal with the Professionals at Gem. Well recently we made another purchase and from the minute we walked through the showroom door to our installations we were very pleased. The sales team are so knowledgeable about their product and the installers are so experienced and very importantly, very clean and tidy and respectful of our home. We recommend Gem to everyone !! You won't be disappointed !!!!!
