Dima, the technician from Fix Appliances was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable about the problem we faced with our fridge. After analyzing the issue, he thoroughly explained the repair requirements and the cost and then proceeded with the job. He worked efficiently and confidently and with unquestioned skill, so we anticipate there will no further leaks in the kitchen. Great service from Fix Appliances and specifically from Dima.

This past summer I had The Springman team install sprinklers and replace the sod in both front and backyards. The process was extremely efficient and Matt, Derrick and Damian could not have been more professional and pleasant to deal with. I'm taking the time to write this review because above all else, the customer service provided by these gentlemen is second to none. We experienced some issues with the sprinklers and Derrick had to return several times to make everything right. He (and Matt) were so responsive, accommodating and helpful! If anyone wants to experience the ultimate in customer service, go no further than the Springman Canada team. Highly recommended!
