Since I consulted the homestar reviews for Smart Pools prior to making a purchase I decided to write a review of this company. When we told others we were putting in a pool we heard many horror stories so we didn't take this decision lightly (in fact it took a couple years from the time we first met with Rob until our actual install). Along the way Rob provided us with several examples of satisfied customers that we met with in person before making our ultimate decision. We installed the pool in May of 2016 and enjoyed a full swimming season this year. We have yet to finish around the pool as we are planning concrete and Rob advised that an onground pool should undergo a full year before installing a permanent surround. We got lots of advice along the way to make our project better. Rob was always helpful, patient, and promptly returned calls even well after the install. He even came back months later to make a minor repair to insure we were completely satisfied with our decision to go with his company. I would highly recommend Rob and his company
