We had a first floor mud room 2nd floor deck that was in a bad state.Being relatively new homeowners we really wanted to ensure that we stayed within the budget and minimized the disruption to the 1st floor tenants. Definitely the most enjoyable experience we've have had with a contractor. He was able to tailor the job to our budget, come up with a customized look that fit the look of our property and finish within the given time-frame. The brains of a Canadian with the grit of an Aussie. Would definitely recommend him to our family and friends.
