Alarm system install and service
We have been Customers with ST for 2 years now. Price was competitive and only security company that actually had Sales Rep came out to house to see the house layout. Quoted price was competitive as well as more accurate since rep came out. Install was done fast, but later had to be modified due to signal strength to sensors. Initially rep wanted us to pay for corrections. Emailed to explain that at initial install this should have been taken into consideration. Corrective action was taken and it was covered by Safe Tech. Great company, with good customer focused relationships. It's a long term relationship. Thanks Safe Tech
