At of out income properties, there was a clog in the drain where the washing machine was hooked up to, and it was causing a water leak when the washing machine was being used. I notified plumbers direct on Saturday afternoon, and they quickly got someone over there the next morning on Sunday to resolve the issue. I just wanted to share what a great experience I had with Rimas and Vanguard Caulking. I called on Sunday not expecting anyone to answer, and sure enough Rimas was there to help. One of our income properties required caulking in the bath tub and kitchen, and Rimas was very quick and diligent in coming out the following Monday morning to get the job done. the caulking job was done wonderfully, and Rimas showed up promptly as promised. I just wanted to share what a great experience it was in dealing with Crazy Joe - he was extremely prompt when I first called him, and even followed up and contacted me back on a Sunday. While all other companies I called said it would take minimum three weeks to measure and install custom blinds, Joe and his team were able to finish in less Jan 10 days, from start to finish. The blinds he installed were very well done, and our tenant is equally as happy with them as myself. I wholeheartedly recommend using Joe - he's very professional and good at what he does. I just wanted to say that I was extremely happy with the service which Jeremy provided. Jeremy is a professional who is quick and skilled in completing all your handy man needs. As soon as I met Jeremy, I knew that he was the right person to hire, since he has a very friendly and positive vibe. He installed all the roller shades in my home, hung up picture frames, fixed and patched up cracks in my walls, setup curtain rods, and spray painted some of my furniture which we wanted a chrome colour.
