STAY AWAY. After my wife self cleaned our Kitchen Aid oven, she could not close the oven door. Repairman came and said we need new part. Visit cost plus return visit plus part = $400. Later that day, my son came over and in 10 seconds reprogrammed oven and door closed. Everything working good now.
